We attended a graduation meal, for a party of 15. There was only one waiter to serve the entire restaurant. I order a BLT salad with chicken and I request two eggs to be added to my salad; however I never received the eggs and I was told they do not come on the salad. Duhhh, when I placed my order I was willing to PAY extra for the eggs. Other members of our party received partial orders such as 1 piece of fish on a two fish plate with a handful of cold fries. Other members of our party meals were cold by time the waiter figured out who ordered what. Cold mac cheese and cold fish is Not edible and shouldbe checked before ot is broughtout to a customer anticipating a hot meal. If your with a party of 5 or more they automatically charged 20% gratuity to your bill which for my boyfriend and I was an additional $14.83 for a salad minus the eggs again that I requested, a small cup of gumbo, a shrimp plate ,2 sweet teas and a hurricane to drink for a grand total of $80.89 . I could've easily spent that amount at Charles Anthony or Firebird's and fully enjoyed the meal. The experience wasn't enjoyable but the occasion was for a great cause. Our waiter was kind; however I blame the cooks for our bad experience.
Top tier! Fresh ingredients and huge portions. I have not been disappointed with any order. Consistency is the word! Grilled jumbo shrimp and Mahi are my favorites. The fried okra is a must have! Skip cooking tonight and order!
Purchased 3 pounds of Crawfish which were not up to par. Not cleaned. Spoke with a manager Paul, would not make it right. Be careful people.
The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The food was hit or miss. My salmon was overcooked. My friend's fried shrimp was perfect.
