Hēi Tún しゃぶ Guō ぞうすいの Diàn Bā Fān

We had fantastic Shabu Shabu. The soup base was sublim, and the Wagyu was silky smooth.

Very delicious! Definitely one of the best hot pots I tried in Japan. Very recommended!

The tonkatsu broth is amazing. We found the staff to be very patient with us tourists. A fair percentage of them spoke or understood basic English. I can’t compare this shabu shabu to others in the region but it was very delicious.

The pork is high quality, but it’s a bit expensive. 2450 yen per person with 8 slices of pork and some vegetables. There is also service fee for 450 yen per person. The soup is very salty, I drank a lot of water. The service is good.

This would have been a 4 review if not for 1. Table charge ¥450) , imposed appetizers ¥500) both per person.
