Contribuisci feedbackSweet little sushi restaurant in the heart of kagoshima. we wanted to experience sushi-omakase (cooking) and shiko sushi was not disappointed. 15 courses all fresh and beautifully prepared. it was also great to sit in front of the bar and prepare the sushi cook. it is a small restaurant (not seldom in japan,) that only approx. 10 guests are accommodated so that booking would be recommended. we could take our 5-month old (he was in the baby carrier through our meal), but probably not suitable for small children.
こちらで35年もされている大将が握るお鮨は、口の中でホロッとほどけるしゃりにお人柄が出ています。 ネタの旨味を引き出す、お醤油や一味唐辛子、鮪節などの使い方が面白い。 ランチに、茶碗蒸しがつくのも高ポイント。 5,000円コースに気になったものを追加。 脂ノリノリの鯖にやられました。 さっぱり系でお願いした細巻きは白身魚と奈良漬けという、アッパレな組み合わせ。 また、鹿児島へ訪れた際は伺いたいお店です

Quality of taste was, needless to say, superb. Nonetheless, we, obviously treated as foreigners, were less attended, while the chef had been too much obsessed with the talk with other talkative customers. Consequently I cannot neglect we had spent the time and money uselessly.
鹿児島登山旅行の最終日の夜予約して伺いました。カウンター8名のお店。 席の間隔がやたら狭い。 ツマミからお願い。ミル貝にすだち、毛蟹蟹酢ジュレ乗せは美味しかったが、馬糞ウニの佃煮は風味無し。松茸の吸い物もうーん。しめ鯖にトロを乗せて煮切り塗るのも鯖が勝ち過ぎてマグロが死んでる。大間のトロもそうでもない。 美味しいと思ったのは白身に薬味を乗せすだちを塗った数品。握りは程よく解くて口の中で融合するが、なんだろう。 すだちを使用するネタ多く、日本酒も久保田、八海山、景虎なと、新潟。 グラスの清潔さなど流石に基本は良く、ビールのグラスに着く泡の跡なども綺麗で、コスパも標準だが、数品?と思う品があり何故か満足感はそうでも無かった。
