Most favorite ramen in Kyushu. You can eat even if you are not good at pork bone ramen. If you get off the Shinkansen, you can eat it. All Kagoshima is packed here.
I went to Zubon Ramen where I wanted to eat once. The shop was opened in 1952. The characteristic of Kagoshima Ramen is that pickles are attached to ramen. Zabon Ramen is a style of eating after stirring. It was a bit unusual soup, but it was delicious. I want to eat again.
Good ramen! But definitely not a top one, especially if you already have been in Japan for a while and trying different ,amazing good ramen everywhere else
This a favorite local Kagoshima style pork broth based ramen. I tried regular size w/ side of fried rice gyoza which are both very common to order w/ the ramen but if you order sides consider if S, M, L ramen bowl is appropriate. First, always smell taste the broth...it was on the salty side and flavor is not best I have had but was good. The Pork slices not too large. If you are a serious ramen lover always ask for hard noodles...noodles that are too soft just don't allow you to enjoy eating ramen as much. Overall above average for total cost/performance/experience at a train station.
Simple taste.: when you dont have any choice, you can try:
