Ihop - Kahului

Terrible experience, avoid this restaurant. The staff were extremely forgetful and kept us waiting for an hour for our take-out order. I recommend going to Tasty Crust, Zippies, or any other restaurant where they will at least acknowledge that you are waiting for your food. Shoutout to Gary for his empty promises of re-preparing our order in 5 minutes, only to make us wait an additional half hour for the same food. To make matters worse, they divided our 2 large drinks into 4 small cups. What a waste of time, life, and money.

I had a disappointing experience at IHOP. They were unable to locate my takeout order, causing me to wait for over an hour. Additionally, they ran out of a drink I had ordered, even though they were serving it to customers in the restaurant. The staff was unhelpful throughout the ordeal. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I have visited this restaurant 40 times and I absolutely love it. The staff is very friendly and the food is always delicious.

We came to iHOP a day after Christmas, we were basically in out but our food was good, we had to remind our waitress about our side of fries! Our bill was around $87 our waitress was the same lady who did our bill! We remember her face usually we don’t look at our receipts after but on my Husband’s bank statement it shows that iHOP took out $101.13 when it was only supposed to be $87 something! iHOP was our favorite place to eat too! Don’t get me wrong the food there is always a hit but the service this time around was not it at all! To the waitress, we forgive you but we just hope it doesn’t happen to others!
