Contribuisci feedbackOne star because I couldn't go any lower. This McDonald's has false advertisement for the toys that they give on their happy meals. I originally wanted to buy a double cheeseburger but when I saw that they had Pokémon cards, I decided to go with the happy meal. To my surprise after I finished eating my chicken nuggets, apples, soda, and mini fries. I was excited to get my Pokémon cards and it was not Pokémon cards. It was a coloring book. I have a 5 1/2 hour flight to catch. What am I going to do with a Coloring Book I needed those Pokémon cards. I would really like it if McDonald's would put a better effort into making sure their staff is giving out and promoting the right toys going forward with all happy meals. P.s this was not a happy meal. It was a sad meal.
Good McDonalds it has some really good items and pies. French fries are inconsistent and can vary. Sometimes the fries are soggy, under or over salted but they are usually made fresh; it’s a bit of a wait though. Atmosphere isn’t great there; there are a lot of shoppers who bring their carts into the dining area and tables can be very messy occasionally people yell at and harass the employees for not giving them a deal they failed to redeem or not understanding drinks are the same price but that meal costs are different because of fries sizes. One time a man I believe to be homeless was yelling about something while he was eating a burger. His mouth was fill no one could understand everything he said then he started getting more upset because the employees couldn’t understand him. Pieces of cheese and other burger parts were flying out his mouth onto the serving counter and it was disgusting. If you want to be understood please don’t talk with your mouth full. Recently I ordered a Cheesy Jalapeño Bacon QPC with extra cheese sauce; it was lacking the usual amount of cheese sauce the top. There was a small dab of cheese sauce holding together a cluster of Jalapeños around it on the top location only taking up 1/3rd of the bun and for the bottom location where they put the extra there was melted regular cheese and maybe a smear of cheese sauce if any. One time I had a Double Cheesy Jalapeño Bacon QPC I customized with the addition of lettuce, tomato, and extra cheese sauce. It seemed like it had a normal amount of cheese so I just assumed they put extra the cheese on the top bun only. Instead of going back to ask about it I ate it trying to find a hidden pocket of cheese then went back to see if I could get the extra cheese sauce in a cup. They questioned me and said they put the extra cheese on it and I asked if they put it all on the top and they said they had put it on the top and the bottom then proceeded to ask me if I wanted more cheese sauce. It’d only be more cheese sauce if I had gotten the cheese I ordered so I shook my head, said just forget it, and left to take a walk. I regret not bringing in the burger intact but I was on lunch and have only so much time to eat and relax. The service is usually great but every so often you encounter an employee that can be a about things. A while back there was a time I had a McTeri and an employee forgot the bottom bun so I brought it back and asked if I could have the bottom bun and they offered to remake it for me but I was on a 15 minute break and just wanted the bottom bun so I could start eating and they managed to bring it out for me and I thanked them that was a pleasant experience and they handled it a lot better but then again I wasn’t going to start eating a burger without a bun so I did have evidence that time; I wonder how the situation would’ve been treated if I hadn’t brought back the McTerri.
It was a semi fast service but when they handed me the bag with my food (i order just a large fry). the bag was lopsided and the worker was making sure it was balancing on the counter before i grabbed my food. once i got into the car, i set the bag down for .5 seconds and it tipped over. I feel like the workers just threw the fries in a bag and didn't adjust it to make sure it doesn't tip over.
Took 45 minutes to get our food. Staff ignored all in store orders and prioritized only drive
There was mold on my bread…i was already home so it was too late to complain to them physically
