Zippy's Kahului

I really enjoyed my experience there; it was buzzing with locals. I had the surf pack, which included the big beef teriyaki and fried chicken legs—both excellent. The spam, white rice, and the best macaroni salad on the island were also highlights. The chili was just okay. My wife ordered the chicken katsu, and I added a spam musubi as a side.

Zippy's is truly a classic! If you're in Hawaii, you can't miss trying one of their locations. They serve delicious fried chicken, noodles, and local dishes. The location is perfect, and parking is a breeze as well. Highly recommended!

One of the Hawaiian restaurants! we visited maui, we stayed here on the way to the airport, and it was an oversharing contract for me. a classic diner setting, the mood is decorated with no-frills. our host jeff was very friendly and smooth brought us through the covid logs (temp vacc card check). I have the zip pac, which is a fried fish, fried chicken, spam and bark comb over rice. portioning are large! for everything! tasteful and was an interesting mix of different foods that they do not see, served together outside hawaii. does not appeal to all but I love something new.

I was surprised that was my first visit. I definitely liked how cool the restaurant was on the inside. they bring a pullover when they get cold. eating was not bad either. there is also a large selection.

This was my first visit, and it was fantastic! We sampled a range of dishes, including the saimin noodles, a side of beef teriyaki, a fried chicken plate, the teri-burger, and malasadas. Everything was delicious! I also appreciated the COVID safety measures they had in place, which made me feel secure.
