Kona Inn - Kailua-Kona

I first visited this place nearly 15 years ago. To be honest, we stopped by mainly to take a picture of the famous "donkey balls" sign. However, after being offered a sample of their coffee, we were instantly convinced. We brought a few bags home on that trip and have been ordering ever since. Initially, it was just a special occasion purchase once a year, but we've come to realize that there’s no coffee quite like yours! Now, we order 3 pounds every three months, and it's worth every penny!

This place feels like someone's home. It might have been a café in the past, but now the address leads you to a residential property. It's misleading to change the address from an actual café to a private residence. I regret spending time driving here.

Absolutely the best customer service I've ever experienced! They allowed us to sample all the flavors so we could choose our favorites. I particularly loved the peaberry medium roast with coconut cream. If you find yourself in Kona, make sure to stop by—you won’t be disappointed with either the service or the products. It’s truly the best coffee you’ll ever have!

It is in a nice location in downtown Kona. The service and coffee were excellent.
