This rating is ZERO; just like their customer service. Reservations were for 7:30 pm. I checked in and was told it would be 5 minutes as our table was being set. At 7:50 pm I asked how much longer it would take and was told by the host there was confusion and mistakes made so she didn't know how much longer it would take. DO NOT EAT THERE!! There are several other GREAT restaurants to choose in Kailua. Very disappointed as we regularly ate there.
I can’t begin to explain how amazing my experience here was. To start off the service was great, everyone was very patient and never rushed us to order. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, it felt like a place you go to for comfort. The food was delicious and the wine was perfect with it. I did know prior to going that it was a family owned business, and after leaving I could definitely tell how much love they’ve put into everything. Overall I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes and drinks :
Delicious food, thoughtful and attentive service, and a playful ambience combined to create a delightful meal experience at Baci Bistro. The beautiful wood chairs and eclectic playlist were the first hints of the enjoyable evening ahead. The menu and wine list are diverse and extensive enough without being overwhelming. We asked our friendly server a lot of questions about the food and wine to help us plan our dinner. The wine service was well considered, with the bottles brought to the table for examination and an initial taste before the pour, even though we had ordered just single glasses of two different wines. We chose the the seasonal three-flavor local tomato salad with blue cheese, lobster ravioli (velvety rich), paparadelle (light and tasty), and a not-too-sweet chocolate affogato and cappuccino. We hope to be back again.
