It really hit the spot and satisfied my craving. I also tried pho but it...was not very good. Smallish serving ad not flavorful.
Went out with husband for dinner and we came across Lila, downtown Kaiserslautern. We ordered Pho with Tufo and Peanut sauce dish with Tufo and veggies, was good and yummy.
Was just here for dinner and was very good, one of be best in town. My girlfriend is vegetarian and she enjoyed her food as well. Had the D4 Crispy Chicken with Noodles and Vegetable. My gf had the N9 Pho Xao Bo...with Tofu. Came here few years ago, the place was tiny but now seems they have an place to sit and eat now. One of my favourite Asian restaurants in town which is a bit difficult to find a good Asian food place and good value too! Though my gf is German and my German is horrible I appreciate their effort to have a dual Language menu with English, it's extremely simple and convenient to do and saves hassle. Unlike other places that only have German or another menu which isn't necessarily needed, but in an area where lots of Americans it's really good business.
It made us 3 visits to finally get a day where they were open. the hours at the door and at the happy kuh are not exactly, it seems as if they would open up if they want it. we visited and cried for reservations for 2. although it was busy, there were 6 people in Back-Cooking (open floor plan) and yet it took almost 2 hours for us to restore our food! none of our courts, or the courts of the tables around us came together. we saw several orders that were mixed up what I think is why our lasted so long to come. I'm insecure why it was so chaotic, but a very unpleasant experience. the personal was aware that everything seemed to fall apart and was very sweet, but not even the mediocre eating could save this review.
Easy to make many of their menu points vegan even if they are not listed as such. noodles w/ tofu minus ei is my favorite. also enjoy the curry with tofu and vegetables in erdnuss sauce
