Marathon - Kaiserslautern

This place has been a favorite since 1999! I make sure to visit every time I'm in town and it's always delicious. I pray that the family keeps it going for decades to come!

Delicious food and good service. My daughter and I shared the calamari for an appetizer, we both loved it. We got the small portion and it was perfect for the two of us. I got the gyro (pork) which was great but my daughter got the lamb chops and I would definitely recommend.

Painfully average, redeemed only by it's Tuesday deals of five-euro pizza. The location of the place is ideal for those near Vogelweh, Kapaun and Pulaski, but not worth the wait for a small lunch hour, and certainly not worth the price for a full dinner.

Ich gehe öfters in's Marathon und komme jedesmal zufrieden raus. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und dauert deshalb auch mal etwas länger. Der Salat ist für meinen Geschmack der Beste im Umkreis. Ich esse nicht alle griechischen Spezialitäten, da ich keinen Knoblauchgeschmack mag.Der Service stimmt und daran ist nichts auszusetzen.Die baulichen Gegebenheiten begrenzen die Möglichkeit für ein besseres Ambiente.

Essen ist guter Durchschnitt. Am besten finde ich die Pizza. Der Mittagstisch ist auch in Ordnung. Preis – Leistung ist sehr gut.
