Applebee's - Kalamazoo

The dining experience was delightful, with excellent food and drinks. Carlos, our server, was attentive and professional.

Applebee's is typically a pretty typical experience, to say the least. However, this particular location was beautiful and had a different layout compared to others I have visited. The bartender was very personable and did a great job. Overall, it's a good place to stop and grab a quick bite to eat.

On Monday, November 21, four of us had an early dinner at a busy restaurant. They were short staffed for servers, but our server, Katie O., was excellent. Despite being very busy, she never seemed rushed while taking our orders or interacting with us. The food was good, and it was nice to see other workers, such as a manager and some kitchen staff, helping to handle the workload.

Loved drinking the pink beach and the southwest bowl! my son loved the maishunde and inherited. my mother had the oriental chicken salad and enjoyed it. great staff!

The manager was really rude to her waiter, just because the chef mistake on the commands. they were really busy and instead of doing a waiting period, he makes it more and more difficult to maintain for their employees. very unprofessional. my waiter did a great job tonight. food: 3/5
