Bell's Eccentric Cafe - Kalamazoo

Not a fan of their food. Ordered the NOLI smash burger, popcorn, and white fish dip.The NOLI burger was burned, I guess “smash” means put it on the grill and burn it beyond recognition. It was the thinnest, saddest looking meat patty ever, a happy meal patty is bigger and 1/3 of the price.The white fish dip was flavorless, for an extra cost you can add seasoning….normally a restaurant uses seasoning in their meal preparation.The popcorn was the best thing we had, pretty sad…..Additionally, I attempted to order the nachos and was told they were out of nachos. As we ate our meal we saw no fewer than 3 trays of nachos come out of the kitchen.Terrible experience all around.Would not recommend coming here to eat, would come for the beer not the food.

Incredible full service (they got yummy food snacks, apps and entrees and desserts oh my) craft brewhouse with adjoining gift shop. Def worth a quick jog off the beaten path (I-94). Vegetarian options: Chickpea parm burger. Tofu ssam. Falafel. Option to sub in tempeh burger patty. Kid-friendliness: Confirming there are children here and they are welcome.

Came here with friends. The service was excellent, the beer was superb, and I hope to return soon!
