Buffalo Wild Wings - Kalamazoo

This restaurant review is a disappointing reminder of the current tough times. The discount of 50% off the next visit seems inadequate. How can a business that relies on customers buying their wings survive if they are giving such large discounts? The picture attached to the review adds further context, but the reviewer's negative experience may have been influenced by personal factors relating to their ex-partner.

I have visited several Buffalo Wild Wings locations in the USA, and this one was definitely the worst. The wings were the smallest I have ever seen and were overcooked, with hard pieces that were unpleasant to eat. I only gave it 2 stars because the sauce was pretty good.

I placed an order through the app and scheduled a pickup time for 6 o'clock. I waited for my lunch for half an hour. I was repeatedly asked for my name and how I placed my order with no resolution. Everyone else who was waiting for their food had already eaten. My meal wasn't ready until half an hour after my scheduled pickup time. Despite the convenience of ordering through the app, I will stick to calling in my orders because this has happened to me before with mobile orders. The food is amazing and the staff is wonderful, but I believe they need a more efficient system for handling online orders.

Update:They gave us some rewards program points that would equal a free side or dessert. Would have preferred some of my money back, but this is reasonable. I updated my rating to reflect my overall experiences (now three stars versus one star).Original:Ordered to-go and when I got home there were no fries in one of my boneless wing bundles and some of the wings didn't have sauce on them. Tried to call back to report the issue and no one is picking up the phone. It just keeps ringing. Will improve my rating if they make this right.
