Michelle's was AMAZING. They catered our wedding and rehearsal dinner and we could not have asked for a better experience. The food was amazing. The team members we interacted with were all so caring. And the owner, Mike, did everything he could to make our wedding day special. They were affordable and the food was delicious! Everyone was very impressed by the food. We had a taco bar for the rehearsal and chicken breasts, pulled pork, mac&cheese, potatoes, and salad for the wedding. From start to finish they were a dream to work with. Thank you so much to Mike and the rest of your staff!!

We recently went for a tasting to try food for our upcoming wedding. The staff was very nice but the food was poor quality. For a corporate luncheon where they are literally putting together sandwiches, I think they would be fine. However, this is not acceptable quality for a formal event such as a wedding where they actually have to cook. I honestly still cannot wrap my head around how they have so many locations. All of the food we tried tasted steamed and unflavored. The only flavor on any of the meat actually came from the sauce the meat was smothered in. The glaze on the salmon was sugary and the ribs were watery (not sure how that happens), tough to cut, and covered with a horrible tangy bbq sauce. We've been to a handful of tastings and this was the only tasting that I wanted to leave in the middle of because the food was so bad and also the only tasting the chef never came out to introduce themselves. They are truly super nice people but I could never recommend them to anyone who would be paying thousands of dollars. Do yourself a favor and order pizza instead.

We we so pleased with the quality, quantity, variety of menu selections and outstanding customer service we received from EMA for our daughter's graduation party in June. They were just amazing to work with throughout the planning process and all throughout the party. Their staff members were very professional and did their all to keep the food tables refreshed, serve the guests at the beverage and ice cream bars and ensure our guests were happy. Their food displays were really beautiful and super creative which gave the celebration an added boost of fun and festivity. We couldn't be more pleased...thank you to everyone at EMA that was with us at R&R in Vicksburg on June 23!
