Cosmo's Cucina - Kalamazoo

I had great experiences in this place in the past, and I just feel like they were undermined. the person I was with and I had added 2 requests to the menu items and also not fulfilled. I asked for a page of speck that never made it on the table, but was still on the bill. overall will definitely be back, but hopefully it will be smoother.

We have dined at cosmos for a birthday party. everything was excellent. I hope to come back soon.

The atmosphere and food were as expected. The servers were tense, unfriendly, uncommunicative. Unfortunately this was made worse by our food taking an excessive amount of time to arrive. Having to finally ask what was happening (was on the verge of leaving) the server was unpleasant and did not immediately respond. Finally another waitstaff informed us of a delay due to an 8 top arriving soon after us. The food was not piping hot upon arrival, leaving the impression of being left under a warming light too long.

Always takes a while to get drinks because the bar is downstairs. Food is fantastic
