Drive thru worker was petting previous customers dog thru drive thru window and never washed or sanitized hands B4 helping me. Very UNSANITARY and people wonder why we get sick. JUS DISGUSTING...

This place serves hands-down the best coffee we've ever had! During our road trip across Iowa, Illinois, and mainly Michigan, we've tried coffee from countless spots, but none come close to this gem. I'm telling you, if I could, I'd set up camp next door and savor their brew every single day. It's a pity this coffee haven is exclusive to Michigan. Nebraska, take notes – we need one of these ASAP!By the way, my girlfriend opted for an iced vanilla caramel latte with cold foam, while I kept it classic with an iced vanilla latte topped with whipped cream. Perfect choices for our coffee adventure!

We love visiting Five Lakes! I love the malted milk Frappuccino and a breakfast bacon/egg/cheese bagel, and our dogs can't wait for their pup cup with the bone! Service is always fast and super friendly!
