Happy's Pizza - Kalamazoo

I absolutely love this place and hope they stick around for a long time! They offer the best food and service in the city—everything is always delivered promptly, and the staff is incredibly professional. I've started ordering from them twice a week! I've loved visiting this restaurant ever since I moved nearby! Most of the items on their menu are quite delicious, and the food usually comes out in a timely manner—typically just the right amount of time for it to cook!

Everything here is amazing! I'm always satisfied with the food. However, I'm going to miss this place now that their delivery fee has gone up to $14, which is a bit too high.

The delivery took an incredibly long time. The pizza was overcooked and we were missing our cheese sauces. Additionally, our pizza wasn’t even sliced.

I received my food cold, with the mozzarella sticks overcooked and not warm at all. The cakes were dry and appeared to be half the size shown in the pictures. The ranch dressing was runny. I had to return the food because they got my order wrong. I spent $40, and the only positive aspect was the delivery driver. The person I spoke to on the phone was very unhelpful. I’m not sure if it was just the staff on that day, but I’ve never experienced such poor service from this restaurant until now. So, unless you’re willing to spend extra money on gas to fix their mistakes, I recommend being very cautious when ordering from this place. Just hope that your order is correct, or be prepared to accept cold or incorrect food.
