Contribuisci feedbackI picked it up on the website. when I answered the door, they stood there and the pizza was on the floor. that defeated all the purpose of handing him over to me. the type could not hold the pizza 10 seconds while I replied to the door? I'm not a dog. I don't eat from the floor. that's completely unobstructed. as well, when I opened the box, the whole of the pizza had slipped off and smashed against the side of the pizzabox that only left brot. I was so disgusting with it, I just threw it in the müll.
So they canceled my order or made a door bag. what could have happened that the order must be cancelled? have you lost? was it simply stolen by the driver? no one contacted me, no explanation given, just a drop of my time.
I love the pizza! the problem was the service at this place. I have made a pickup order for my company. I picked up the pizza and was treated as if I wasn't there. I asked for tellers and cutlery because it was a bigger order, and they were just dropped on my pizzabox when the hired just left. no thank you, nothing. good pizza, but the employee on the service provided replacement service
The manager didn't offer any assistance or apologize for the situation. I expressed my concern about my food getting cold after such a long wait. When I requested fresh food, my request was denied, and I had to ask multiple times for a refund before the manager finally agreed, saying it would take 3-5 days to process. Then, at 8:08 PM, the driver finally arrived, clearly unaware that we had canceled our order. To make matters worse, he brought four sodas instead of the two I ordered and claimed the pizzas were still in the car. He seemed confused about the canceled order and told me he had just picked it up 20 minutes ago, despite my previous call 45 minutes earlier. It seemed someone was being dishonest, and the manager was rude and condescending when I called to inform him about the driver's arrival after canceling. All of this happened despite my being a long-time customer and a huge fan of this company. It’s clear that the restaurant needs to reevaluate its operations and the staff they employ.
I spent the most I've ever paid for pizza, and unfortunately, my family and I found the food to be quite unappetizing. The only things we enjoyed were the brownie and the salad. In the end, I felt like I wasted nearly $80.
