Contribuisci feedbackI would definitely give them zero stars if I could! I requested fresh cookies, but they gave me old ones instead. Then, when I asked for the company phone number, they claimed they didn't have it. The staff seemed incredibly lazy and only chatted among themselves. When I finally got my burger, the buns were soggy, with just a glob of mayo on it. I had specifically requested light mayo, but they only added a handful of lettuce. Overall, they were unprofessional and neglectful! I doubt they would even pass a health inspection, and that's coming from someone who used to work there.
I tried calling the restaurant four times, but there was no answer. So I drove back, waiting an additional 20 minutes for a refund. Once at the window, I explained the situation and handed over the bag with the rolls, salad, and extra mayo. The employee opened it, saw there was no patty, and tossed it in the trash. A young guy in a red shirt came over to process my refund. The cashier handed me $2 and returned my original receipt, which was actually less than what I had paid for the McChicken with extra mayo and lettuce. To make matters worse, I didn't get a new receipt to verify the refund. The cashier seemed to be having a tough time. I didn’t want to be rude, as I had already dealt with aggressive attitudes during my visit—a slow line, limited staff, and the sweltering heat outside. They were supposed to value their customers. After spending more time trying to resolve this issue than I had on my meal and feeling like I wasted an hour of my day, I decided I won't be returning to this restaurant again. I also won't spend any more money at any other restaurants under the Guadalupe F. Velazquez name (vs F LLC). After a decade of patronizing their businesses, they've unfortunately lost touch with their customers. Their practices have diminished the overall experience and do not benefit American consumers at all.
I waited 23 minutes in line after I had given my mobile order code, only one car advanced in 23 minutes, I only get a half hour for lunch, I had to go back to work hungry, Boo on you McDonald's, I get this happen, but for 23 minutes to serve one customer, I'm sure you can do better than that
I stood at the counter and waited for service for about ten minutes. I finally spoke up and still they a acted like they didn 't hear me. I had to say excuse me multiple times to get someone 's attention. I asked if someone was working the cash register then they told me to order at the kiosk. I just love going into a service based business and being ignored and treated as if I don 't exist. That 's also why three other customers walked In and left while I was waiting on the one kiosk that was working . If I was the owner of this business I would do something immediately about this matter. That is customers lost and all due to your employees not caring.
I only go here on my way home from my grandsons Dr appointment. It seems as if the play place is always closed, today there are two managers having a meeting in there. Don't you have offices at this location?So I'd like to thank this location for continually disappointing children!Also, the service is slow and they utilize kiosk instead of clerks. This system is a long way from polished.
