North 11 - Kalamazoo

The twisted nachos were delicious, and the bourbon steak was amazing. We will definitely be returning customers.

This used to be my go-to spot for dining in or takeout, but the quality of the food has declined in the past year and a half. The last straw for me was when I ordered the Mediterranean wrap (without the tortilla) and received what looked like a raw spinach salad with minimal toppings. It did not taste as good as it had in the past, and unfortunately, the chicken was also undercooked. Since I ordered takeout, I was unable to address the issue with anyone on staff. Despite the friendly service and understanding of current staffing challenges, I will not be returning due to the risk of poor quality food.

Very nice place to relax and enjoy good food and drink.

We have been here several times and our meals have generally been good and service prompt and efficient. We generally sit in the dining area, there is also a nice fireplace there. There is also a bar area but we haven't dined in that area. There is a small patio with a few tables when the weather is nice. Most recently when we visited our party had the Bourbon Sizzler, Sirloin Steak, Prime Rib Dip, and a salad with chicken. We also had cocktails and wine with dinner, all very pleasant.

I love this restaurant; the food and drinks are consistently good. The staff is very friendly. The only downside is that they sometimes run out of certain dishes, so it's a bit hit or miss whether you'll get a shaker with your Martini.
