The staff at this restaurant is always friendly and quick, especially when they see that I have my dog with me. They even talk to her and offer her a special treat. The line moves quickly, even during busy times.

My dear my diets! The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately, they couldn't find my birthday coupon. I ended up using my card at Biggby's Panera instead. My Starbucks card, which I reload monthly, didn't have my rewards on it. Also, my sandwich was not heated properly, which was disappointing. I ended up exchanging it with my friend's heated sandwich, so we both got to enjoy our meals. Oops!

Could they please update their website regularly with their changing hours? This simple fix would prevent a lot of frustration for customers who want to visit frequently. We understand there may be a lack of staff, but please inform your customers when this occurs.

I hate this place, they're never there, when they are, they're going through the drive and lock the doors. Always closed or closing down order ahead. There’s someone in the store telling ppl they are closed. Why are you even in the store then? You’re literally getting paid to do nothing, may as well make a couple drinks even if it takes longer to get through the line. Otherwise go home.
