Kalbarri Seafront Villas

Nice place very close to the beach, was clean and tidy, if a little dark inside, had everything you would need, short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants

Needs maintenance as things are falling apart. Light in bathroom is dangerous as when tap is turned on the light flickers so electric current must be running through it.

Has everything you want in a holiday rental- attractive gardens, pool, balcony, fresh air, proximity, simplicity. Love it.

Great place,great location with exceptional cleaned rooms

Dark and dated. While the location is great, the villa's and ground need love. Located just off the main road, the villas are walking distance to all you need in town. Our villa had several sockets that didnt work, extractor fan in the kitchen didnt work taps in the kitchen leak, that siad the kitchen had nearly all you need to make a meal. No remote for the TV, sofa cushions so worn out all you can feel the springs. Grounds around the pool need work, but the pool is clean. Our friends villa had a burnt out electrical switch and the battery was missing out of the smoke detector.
