We were very happy that we did, as the food was terrific the curries bursting with divine flavours, and the naan bread and rice perfectly cooked. Meals were reasonably priced, and BYO appreciated. good service too. Well worth the effort to drive up here for meal, and of course you can opt for takeaways also.
If you're craving some ethnic and spicy food after eating bland sandwiches on the road for days or weeks, this is your place. Appears to be a family run operation. The curry gravy tastes like its been made fresh and the meat is tender. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. Naan is also a winner. Like a beacon of hope in the desert, this will satisfy your craving for flavourful food especially if you are of the ethnic variety.
Best in the West! Best Indian food we have had in 10yrs. Simmi grinds her own spices and definitely knows her flavours. Generous servings so go with an empty tummy!
Had a nice wrap here with a mild lamb curry and salad which consisted of lettuce tomato and cucumber and perhaps green capsicum. Was nice and mild like I asked but tasty enough to be enjoyed. lamb was tender and delicious and the wrap nice and soft and fresh. I was a little miffed when the menu said $8.50 but when ordered it was suddenly $10, perhaps change menus with a pen or when pointing it out to customers mention the price change right away. Was filling and enjoyable, could be tempted to try something else with these new owners. A further lunch deal menu would be a great option, just not enough to choose from at this stage but a nice alternative to the same old thing.
Had a great meal with family, All of us enjoyed! Yes it's next to a BP, but don't let minor detail stop you! Nice alternative to fish and chips, burgers etc. Well priced too!
