The place is typically busy but not too loud, making it suitable for families with children. The owner is very friendly and always gives children a treat at the end of the meal. I highly recommend trying the pho dishes, roasted vines, lemongrass meat with vermicelli, grilled pork with vermicelli, and sugar cane prawn with vermicelli rice cake. And if parents allow, don't forget to try the cake with icing for dessert.
The takeout was quick, and the food was fantastic. The staff were very welcoming when we returned to pick up our order.
We have dined at this restaurant before and found it to be satisfactory. However, our most recent order was completely inedible. It was the worst Chinese food I have ever tasted, and it was also more expensive than our usual spot. I don't know how they managed to ruin something as simple as prawn crackers, but they were terrible. It was a waste of a meal and we will definitely not be ordering from there again.
I wrote an evaluation about this practice in februar 2019 after being overloaded 7 times over a period of 2 meters. this sniffy practice continues. read the reviews. my last meal there, owner saw me in the eyes said $13,50 but calculated $15. had the 7 times in 2 months. read the latest reviews, customers are still overloaded. when they go as a group, they never bet their bill check. they spend their money elsewhere. Eating is in the average. have found other Vietnamese restaurants that offer a better food, e.g. in casey dickson have not returned to can tho belconnen.
This is my go-to place to get pho and there truly is nothing better. I have tried several around Canberra but nothing seems to match the atmosphere and kindness of the staff. Their pho is to die for and is an extremely large portion. The...rare beef I would say is the best. Delicious food and outstanding service!
