Diamond Chinese Restaurant Belconnen

I ordered takeout from Diamond Chinese and was very impressed with the fast service, which only took around 10 minutes. The takeout was carefully packed, with the Crispy Honey Chicken sauce separated to ensure the chicken stayed crispy on the trip home. The Hot and Sour Soup was tightly bagged to prevent any spilling. Both dishes were delicious, especially the crispy honey chicken and tasty short soup. I'm happy to have found an affordable and delicious Chinese restaurant in Belconnen and look forward to returning to try more dishes.

I frequently get takeout from this restaurant. Every time, I have had a good experience. The delivery is quick, and the food is always hot. Some dishes are better than others, so I would suggest giving this restaurant another try if your first experience wasn't great. I recommend trying the crispy chicken and Guilin noodles.

The Mongolian beef was very flavoursome with lots of sauce. Big : The Honey chicken was crispy and made from real chicken breast and also had plenty honey sauce seperate which I also enjoyed. Big : The curry chicken was also full in the container had a plenty of flavour and once again plenty of sauce. Big : The hot and sour soup was to die for. True complements to the chef. Wow!! : 0 Not only were the meals all we expected they went above and beyond throwing in a bag of prawn crackers and a 1.25lt soft drink. ; Pricing was reasonable and food delivered on time!!! : Hands down excellent service !!! Really enjoyed the three dishes we had, and they weren't bulked out with lots of veggies like other places. Food came out really quickly. A hidden little gem.

The staff at this restaurant were extremely friendly and attentive, eager to assist with any requests we had. The prices were very reasonable. We enjoyed the honey chicken lunch special and the curry prawns lunch special, which were both priced at $11 and came with generous portions. We will definitely be returning next week.
