Sultan's Turkish Pide Takeaway Restaurant da Kaleen Menù

Here for dinner with my family and ordered 3 different meals. 2 was delivered, but one was missing. When I approached them, a guy didn't even know about it and had to do it for me. I asked to take it away because it was an hour from the order to take it home. came home and had a look at the chicken spears and it was still rare in the inner. I wouldn't recommend this place.

If they accept on menulog order, or have a choice on menulog if they have no drivers in the night!

This visited a quick lunch while we upgraded our kitchen. really very happy that we did it, we have been back since. my wife had zucchini balls and the size, for a escape, was huge (one came home, packed in a serviette in her handbag,) and I had a huh kebab. both were beautiful and freshly prepared. the service was very friendly at both visits. it is always a good sign that people with similar ethnicity are patrons of an 'ethnic' ess house and there was a good rehearsal of Turkish or similar mosses there also eating. the only complaint after the second visit was that the kebab was a little big! will return.

NEW OWNERSHIP To the new owners, I realise you purchased the place with good heart, I realise you want to make money, I realise you want to make changes in order to meet ends. Sultans had been the best Turkish takeway in Canberra my word ...I have eaten there since it was in the small shop on the corner, both the generous quantity and the authentic quality is what made every local go there on a Friday night. I last ate there in January 2018 when you had acquired it and were slowly starting to make changes, the previous owner Toula was working there and I advised here to make sure the recipe and preparation stays the same, as this was my favourite place. I slowly realised that it was slipping away. I stopped going there and attended your shop this month to see how it had progressed. My disappointment was so great when I tasted my mixed grill and dips that I felt inclined to leave a review for you. The rice remained similar. The chicken skewer was similar to a skewer you would purchase from a takeaway food van at Exhibition park during summernats weekend. The Lamb skewer and Lamb Cutlets were marinated in something that tasted like honey and dill, it was completely butchered to what it used to taste like. The dips were completely changed, I can purchase something better at Coles, they were sitting on a large pool of oil. The Salad was disgusting. The quality and presentation of the food is what I 'd consider to get if I left Civic intoxicated on a Friday night and stopped by a food stall window to get some fuel for the ride home. I am sorry but please take this as positive feedback that you need to look at where you are heading, please consult with the previous owner and try and bring it back to the way it was as I am certain people will start finding another place.
