Popeyes - Kalispell

I ordered a three-piece chicken tender meal with two sides (fries and macaroni), while my husband opted for a three-piece chicken combo that came with red beans and rice. The portions were generous, and the chicken was perfectly seasoned and crispy. The red beans and rice were fantastic. I definitely plan to return! The service was quick and friendly, too.

Since they let go of the unfortunate manager Misty, who neglected to train and compensate half of her staff, this restaurant is clearly making strides to improve its reputation. It has become much cleaner, more welcoming, and the service is noticeably quicker under the new management. I want to give a special shout-out to Teri, who went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable. Additionally, Eddy, Gabe, and James provided prompt service with our meals, greatly enhancing our overall experience! A big thank you to all the employees who have contributed to turning this place around after enduring such a difficult period with a poor manager and staff. Thank you!

It was our first time visiting a Popeyes a little while ago, and I was really looking forward to trying it out. My girlfriend and I were warmly welcomed by Chris, who was incredibly friendly and guided us through the menu with great enthusiasm. Once we got home, we found the food to be absolutely delicious! We'll definitely be returning!

I would have rated it a zero, but it isn't an option and the food, once we got it was actually good. So we walk in, and the staff is all in the back listening to some heavy metal grunge type music and talking. I stand there for a minute or 2 and someone notices I am there. My husband and I ordered a 4 piece with dark meat, fries and an extra biscuit. They have no fries ready. They say it will be 4 minutes. I was fine with that. I go and sit down and 2 minutes later the kid tells me they have no dark meat unless I want to wait 12 min. I am fine with that also. Then I go to the bathroom and both stalls are out of paper. Hehhhh so I go and tell them. And a lady in a tank top and a pair of shorts comes out from the back and says hey just call Me if u need me and went and sat outside in her car. Then the guy who looks like the manager says WE ARE OUT OF FRIES and goes outside to talk to the other lady. He is outside and flips someone off in the parking lot. Comes back in and said we are out til tomorrow I finally get my food and it was good. But I really wanted my money back BUT there was one kid seemed to be a hard worker so I stayed. Won't go back tho

I will try to balance this review with positive, but it's hard when there is obviously something terribly wrong there. Over the course of almost two months trying to patronize this business they had no sugar for sweet tea. It was always on order. They got the tea straightened out, and it is great tea. Third week trying to patronize the business, they are out of red beans and rice every single time. They have fabulous red beans and rice. Same with their shrimp and sauce.Each visit they tell you the beans or shrimp will be in tomorrow. The location of the business is great. Their biscuits are awesome! Love the music! It's clean! But consistently not having the best stuff on hand is not okay! This is very telling the business is not properly managed. I hope business is booming, thus they can't keep up. Regardless, your customers should never leave with an empty belly and a lot of excuses. At least give us a coupon to encourage us to return...
