Arby's - Kalkaska

Disappointed to find my drink was 90% ice after my 45 min drive home this is what my cup looks like. I won't be paying $15 for a meal with 4oz of drink.I was giving this location another shot-this time my food was hot but the fries weren't quite fresh

Food was good, when I ordered my sandwich and asked for extra mayo I was told that I would have to put my own mayo on my sandwich because they were out in the kitchen (which is fine no big deal) but when we pulled up to pay at the window the girl was very rude and slammed the window in our face as we were asking her a question, so she zip the window back open and said let me guess now you want ketchup! We said no we were asking you a question and before we could finish saying that she slammed the window shut again and walked away!!

I wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name working the drive through window tonight. He had the cutest southern accent. He provided the best customer service we have ever received hands down. You had better give him a raise before another company swoops him up. Thanks for making our night!

Normally it's fine. Today girl with green hair was extremely rude. Didn't even order.

Great food, service was a lil slow but not terrible. We ate inside. Had the 1/2 lb roast beef sandwich, jalapeño poppers, boneless wings, and a turkey wrap, all very good. 22 degrees outside, so it was nice to sit by the fireplace.
