Mcdonald's - Kalkaska

Stopped in on my way back from the U P and easy in and out. They were busy.

Only eat at McDonald's about twice a year because of bad experiences. This store went above and beyond for us. Great service, food was put together nicely, and there were plenty of pickles! Thank you so much!

Grabed a Big Mac meal . Was delicious. And fries where fresh and hot

Worst experience yet so far, waited at the window for 20 minutes for cold food and them to say the fry machine was down but didn't communicate when ordering. I called to inform them that my food was cold and that I already had waited at the window and they hung up. Very unimpressed with the new McDonald's since opening.

Good food. Good service. Fast drive thru. Inside is dull and disappointing. I very strongly dislike their new style
