My first time in factory tea and for sure I’ll come back!! ?

First time here and I ordered the passion fruit peach/green tea. My friend ordered chocolate cookies and cream smoothie. I must say that we will be back. Not just because of the drink but for the service and knowledge of the product as well. I also was able to get a sample of oat milk, and it was surprisingly good.

Been here many times but this time is very disappointing. I have to say the employees are very nice and helpful, this time was no different although the person who helped me didn't know how to make the drink my friend and I requested. We asked for a Vietnamese coffee nothing else extra or special requests (pictured below) , it was undrinkable. Both drinks were horrible one was too rich one was too weak it was a complete waste of time and money we had to throw both drinks out.Parking: Street parking only

The boba here is BOMBBBBB!!!! So soft and chewy and perfect!! My husband loved the bbq popcorn chicken and the elute fries were awesome (don't forget to squeeze the lime on top! . We got the nom nom tea and my hubby also loved that. Sorry about the bad pic, we ordered to go, but it was definitely very filling for two people. Can't wait to come back!

This is my favorite Boba place. I discovered this place by accident when I was working with Doordash, but I swear my life hasn't been the same ever since. They have such a nice variety of drinks and snacks. Their Boba is unlike anything I've had before. The place is small but nice. The staff are also friendly and sweet. I'm the most familiar with Angeli and Mari. These ladies are the sweetest people I've ever met and they make the experience so much more enjoyable. I'm not saying the other guys that work here aren't nice, but I surely have more affinity for my girls since I'm the most acquainted with them. There are days when the place is buzzing with people, so please be patient and kind to the workers. It's not like Boba time where you have 6-7 people working the same shift. There are usually 2-3 employees working the same shift and multi-tasking to get the orders out. So please be nice to them and try to understand them. If you're looking for some really good Boba and snacks somewhere around the USC area, consider giving Factory Tea Bar a chance. I promise you won't regret it!
