Haidilao Hot Pot Century City

I love hotpot and whenever I am craving, I go to Haidilao Hot Pot in Century City, they have a big place, nice atmosphere and the service crew are excellent!

Lovely, quiet, attentive server, food is beautifully presented, authentically Japanese and delicious.

Foods were fresh and tasty, place were clean and nice, Yu were our server, she was warm and kind, excellent services provided overall, definitely would come again.

We have been loyal customers of Haidilao for a long time and have always enjoyed our visits, including at this location. However, today's experience compels me to give a 1-star rating due to the conduct of the reception host, Curtis, which I found to be unprofessional and discriminatory.Upon arriving and checking in at the front desk, we patiently waited to be seated. To our dismay, Curtis seemed to overlook us and instead, seated two other groups that arrived after us. It was only after the bartender brought this to his attention that he reluctantly acknowledged us. He then impatiently directed us to wait near the stairs, while immediately turning his attention to greet another group with apparent enthusiasm.This treatment was not only ridiculous but also extremely disappointing, especially considering our previous positive experiences at Haidilao. We've never encountered such a disheartening situation during our visits here.We hope that Haidilao takes this issue seriously and addresses it appropriately. Customer service is a crucial part of the dining experience, and this incident has left us with a negative impression. Unless steps are taken to rectify such situations, we may reconsider returning to dine at Haidilao in the future.

One of the best hot pots and in a great location at the Century City
