Mr. Ardi's Catering

I needed a caterer to provide breakfast and lunch for 35 people for a 3 day workshop that was being held in our Northridge, CA office for quite a few of our executives and Sr. staff at HARMAN International. I am located in Stamford, CT and asked for recommendations from assistant's in Northridge who could not provide any local caterer's so my husband went on Yelp and found Mr. Ardi's and I'm so glad he did. In speaking with Jeff (owner) on the phone, he understood the requirements and needs of this audience. He came up with a menu that was very impressive for the 3 days and always answered the phone when I called. He came to the office the day before the event to get an idea of set up and was on time every morning and afternoon. His food and set us was amazing/pleasing and the executives were VERY happy with every meal! Flavor and love is put into every meal. Even his scrambled eggs are cooked to perfection!! His Mac Cheese was soooo good as well as his mouth-watering brisket, just so much flavor. Lasagna and butternut squash ravioli is worth mentioning as well as his chicken and ribeye souvlaki was out of this world. His meals were so good that I had the assistant's in Northridge try his food including his delicious soups so that they would use him for future events. I wish he was here in the Stamford area because I would use him for all for our events!! Please do not hesitate to hire Jeff for your special occasion. l guarantee that you will not be disappointed!! Though our needs were on the high end, he will work with you on any budget, menu and venue, no job is too big or too small. Give him a call!!!

I was recently at an event, exclusively catered by Mr. Ardi's Catering, and I cannot say enough great things about the food, staff and of course, the Chef! The event had over 150 people and started with appetizers everything from meatballs, chicken skewers and more, to chicken and waffles tasted delicious. A fresh tossed green salad with any add ons you can think of started the meal. The main entrees of tri tip, salmon, chicken and grilled vegetables were perfectly seasoned, tender and the perfect temperature. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Ardi's Catering other than I wish there were more stars to rate this #1 caterer!
