I had their salsa verde chicken empanada combo. This was recommended by the store staff as I was looking for a spicy chicken empanada. While the empanada was great, it was not spicy enough to my liking. Options for a drink were limited. But still would recommend this place as a preferred option in the farmers market. The place is generally crowded compared to other outlets, I had to wait about 10 mins.
Empanadas we ordered were a big meh. Not bad, but not good. Pricey for the quality we
These are pretty solid empanadas! I've been here a couple times and the first time I came I wasn't as impressed as I was the most recent time. The first time, I tried the mac and cheese empanada which I would say wasn't the highest of quality and more of a novelty buy. I've also tried the guava and the Cuban empanada, both of which are delicious and high quality. They come out fresh, and the line moves super quickly. There are also often open seats in front of the store, if you want to sit down and eat for a bit before continuing your shopping around the market.
Delicious! Quick and hot and the cheeseburger empanada was great! I also got the corn empanada which was cheesy with onions and corn. The stand has bar seating available and there are also chairs nearby
