I asked the associate for a water cup and she said, “We don’t have anymore.” However, behind her were white “coffee” cups and when I asked for one of those since they didn’t have any water cups, she told me they were for coffee and didn’t offer something instead. Customer service skills need to be improved at this location. We also ordered our sandwiches toasted on the app but we got them not toasted. We were already annoyed about the location not having something so simple so we just ate the sandwiches and didn’t bother with asking them to fix our sandwiches. We ended up buying a $3.00 “cup”. Otherwise, clean restaurant and nice atmosphere.
I couldn’t order because the employee who was mopping the dining area decided to stop mopping and make my sandwich without washing her hands. I went in at 6:29pm and had to walk out when she started putting gloves on dirty hands. Hands need to be washed before gloving hands to make ready-to-eat sandwiches.
The staff just chat with someone for 10 minutes and totally ignore us
The food was great the quality of workers were poor. The ladies at the front were extremely rude and when I asked if they were out of something she responded with “you’re just gonna have to wait”
Subway has always had great sandwiches but the last time I visited this location was in 2019 and they didn't have a handicap ramp. If memory serves me right which it probably doesn't they wouldn't have the room to put in a handicap ramp.
