Christina was a pleasure to work with! I hired her to make dinner for 4 people in our home and it was nothing short of wonderful. She arrived on time, served dinner on time and left my kitchen spotless! The food was delicious and we even had leftovers which were neatly stored away in our fridge. It also was just fun to talk to her while we were waiting for our guests to arrive. Even my cats loved her! : Thank you, Christina, for helping me create a super fun dinner party for my husband's birthday. Cannot recommend you enough.

Christina exceeded our expectations! My wife had Christina prepare a dinner for my birthday and she certainly did not disappoint. Her consideration of our requests and her creative suggestions for the meal resulted in a lovely dinner for us and our guests. She also left our kitchen sparkling clean with a refrigerator full of tasty leftovers. It was a pleasure to have her energy in our kitchen for the evening. We'll certainly be calling her back in the future!

Took a class here and while it certainly didn't make me a pro, it gave me solid fundamentals and a great start in my cooking world! Chef Olive's sense of humor was just a riot. Love that guy!

We hired Christina as a private chef for a special occasion dinner party for 12 and were thrilled with the result. There were some specific menu needs that needed to be met and she was professional and easy to communicate with throughout the planning process. She recently published a cookbook and had multiple suggestions at the ready for a four course meal and dessert, including vegetarian options. On the night of the event, her execution was impeccable. She was organized and efficient in the kitchen, and most importantly, whipped up a mouth watering meal at significantly less cost than if we had hosted this event at a restaurant. The menu ran the gambit from shrimp saganaki, to baked zucchini cakes, to some insanely tasty avocado, potato, garlic dippy thingy, to braised short ribs that fell off the bone.
