Very rude customer service. Bad attitudes from the staff. Everyone always complains about how rude they treat customers.

Really good coffee and the jalapeno cheese bagel is the best bagel in the world. Me and my wife were on vacation and absolutely love this chain. You can eat them in the chilled out westfield mall, not a bad way to start the day.

The flavor of cbtl vs Starbucks is far superior. Just wish they had more location's. I feel like they have been closing vs opening
