No AC on in a 90 degree weather. Good service and food.

Food was good, non-alcoholic drinks were great, too.

This is my go to place to meet business contacts in DTLA. It's a quiet place with good coffee.

I just walked out because I just sat for over twenty minutes without so much as a hello from any of the staff. They had no problem serving others around me but never acknowledged my presence once. I 've had better experiences before (I was literally just here yesterday) but the crew that they had today were extremely unprofessional. I finally went to grab my own menu but when I went to sit back down and thought about it, I put it back. I don 't ever have to settle for second-rate treatment and I definitely don 't have to spend my hard earned money in places that clearly do not want me there. I walked around to Bossa Nova where I am ALWAYS met with a warm greeting and a impeccable service.

Service was good, but everything else was pretty mediocre. We got the burrata, the salmon, and the steak. The burrata was fine, but the salmon and steak were both dry. I probably would not go back.
