Subway - Kalona

Every time I visit, I ask for my sandwiches to be toasted, but they barely toast them, making the bread taste stale. I won't be returning and will be contacting the manager about the two young employees who keep getting my orders wrong—one is named Hugo, but I'm not sure of the name of the blonde kid with acne who is always there.

My experience at this location has been inconsistent. Today, I ordered for pickup through the app and paid extra for both cheese and avocado, but neither was included in my order.
