Nordvest - Kalundborg

Had lunch at Nordvest 2 Pentecost. Really sad food. My husband ordered a lunch platter with 3 types of smørrebrød. He was told that they had run out of fish fillets... Fair enough. Nachos. I order a chicken salad with bacon and toast, but am served 2 lettuce leaves with 3 slices/strips of the same poor quality chicken as the one my husband was served. To this, a mustard dressing of a kind. It certainly had nothing to do with a chicken salad. A boring experience.

The waiters were nice and motivated but the food wasnt the best. the noodles swam in fat, literally.

We had a lovely lunch at Nordvest. The pizza was amazingly crisp and tasty and the cheeseburgers were well prepared and tasted wonderfully. Fries were crisp and thick. The prices are very fair and I would definitely come back here again.

We stopped here to eat while waiting for our ferry to Sejerø. Overall a good experience. The portions were abundant. We had the garlic bread, fish and chips and a double burger. Happy with all the courses. Friendly staff. Will come back, and recommend.

Again, super well prepared food and a serviceminded staff.
