Palms Water Resort - Kalyān

One of the worst experience ever we had ..we booked there hall for wedding reception n gave advance of 25,000..but due to some personal reasons our timings of reception were changed n we cudnt continue so immediately next day of our advance payment we explained them our situation n asked for refund..they kept on delaying saying that there manager is not available n gave n number of excuses n finally keeping us hanging for more than one month denied to return a single penny.. Not even worth of 1 star..

It's wrost hotel in kalyan for veg they have no sence about how to treat customer and quality we have order veg food veg kolhapuri they given us mix veg and full zira rise is like to collected from other plates and very small like half rice place when I asked manager about these two things he says yes we are providing thease only So please keep alway from this hotel if you require just in frunt if him images restorent his quality and staff very good

One of our Worst Experiences in life. I will NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone and everyone should stay away from these guys. The staff is bad but the manager who handles everything is even worse. They were showing utter stubbornness during our entire stay. While booking, they will promise you everything but once payment is done, they will deny bluntly. We were discussing our issue with the serving staff and when the manager came, his behavior while listening to our concerns was one of the worst and none of our issues were addressed to. If you need your event to be peaceful and Happily done. I would NEVER EVER Suggest to book this venue for any events. I would have given -10 if possible.

The food is the best in kalyan, i haven't seen such restaurants in ages! And the environment in which It is situated is great too.
