The cocktails are very good, especially those at the bar on the south side (I forgot the name of the barmaid but she is great). The manager offered us a meal at the Symposium (I also forgot his name but thanks to him). We will come back this year (keep us the same room please) Rooms: top Nearby activities: top Food drinks: top Rooms: 5
With the working conditions that even the Pharaoh's slaves have, they did not go there, low wages and inhumane working conditions. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
We visited with 2 grown ups and 4 kids (age 7 to 11) in August 2023. We received an absolutely excellent service from the staff there. We accidentally left our son's beloved teddy bear behind when we flew back to England. The lady behind the reception desk, Tsikoudaki Vasiliki, was kind enough to personally post his teddy back to us in England. We were surprised by this excellent service and cannot thank her enough. THANK YOU! As for the rest of the hotel: The beach was great, beautifully clean water with good snorkelling, and we spotted an octopus in the rocks at the end of the beach. There is an ice-cold river in the other direction along the beach, which is great for cooling down in the hot weather. There is a bridge over the river and you can jump off into the ice cold water if you are feeling adventurous. The pool was lovely, nice and clean and not too crowded. Also not too strong on the chlorine, which some hotel pools are. The all-inclusive food was great, with a pretty good variety for the grown-ups, and plenty of beige food for the kids. The food was so good that we didn't venture out to any local tavernas, so we can't comment on them. The only one thing which could have been better was the room for 6 people. It was really a room for 4 people with two extra beds set up in there. So there was not much room and storage for 6 people. It would have been a beautiful room for 4 people though, which would normally be the set up I guess! And it is very difficult to find a room for 6 anywhere so I am pleased that they could accommodate us together. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was nice with a great shower. It was also cleaned daily. No complaints there at all. We went with Easyjet and the package, transfers etc were seamless, with complimentary water in the transfer bus. All in all, a great holiday and a fantastic hotel. Thank you so much!
This is a really poor venue 3 stars at most definitely not 5 stars (even for the greek standards), the rooms tend to be messy and it smells bad there. I wish we have not landed here for a week, the beach has a nice view but is poorly managed and of low quality as well. There is nearly nothing to do in a walking distance. We recently visited Kiani Beach Resort and I must say our experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we enjoyed an extremely pleasant stay. Our accommodation was in a duplex room and we were delighted. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished. Overall, the room seemed clean and comfortable. The food at the hotel was great. The menu was rich and varied, which allowed us to taste local specialties as well as international cuisine. The quality of the food was excellent, and the staff in the restaurant were always helpful and friendly. The beach right next to the hotel was beautiful. Clean sand, warm water and perfect conditions for rest and relaxation. The hotel provided plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. I can only recommend.
