We stopped in on the way out to Revelstoke and had a great experience. Brody was friendly, super upbeat and helpful. As we were sitting and enjoying our meal I was thinking that i would love to offer this guy a job. Customer service was next level

Really good egg breakfast sandwich. Their hash browns are big and tasty; better than their competition. Coffee is meh. They missed our coffees but it wasn't too much of a wait. Overall, it was good.

Absolutely trash, these guys got 2 of 3 burgers wrong. They won't even replace it because they didn't give me a reciept. I called and let them know and the guy told me to come in and get the burger and when I got there someone else told me I can't get it without my receipt...

We ordered 3 buddy chicken with grilled onions , Dijon sauce. It didn’t had grilled onions and god knows what kind of sauce it was having. I get it that sometimes you are short staff and it takes time but if you’re taking time then we as customers expect to get good food delivered to us. We waited for 10 mins that’s fine but our order was all messed up. You guys have got so poor reviews and I feel that the team leader or the management should look into this matter and train the employees accordingly and take responsibility for it.

Night time crew is so rude and had so much attitude. If you don't like your job why continue to work there. Spent $15 dollars, got Cold chicken strips and stale fries. A&w needs to find better workers rather then anyone who walks through the door. I've bin here many times before. The day time crew is very polite and takes pride in there job. Fire the night crew...
