A&W Restaurant - Kamloops

It's so great to find a fast food outlet that gives you healthy choices, like grass-fed beef, hormone-free chicken, even lettuce-wrapped burgers (without the bun), and to top it off, APP orders for wait-free pick-up: W O O H O O. Thank you A&W

I ordered a 56 buddy burger, service was quick, but the staff seem like they hate their jobs and it is readily apparent to customers. When I got home and opened the bag I was greeted by a dark curly hair and a looped pink thread stuck with sauce to the side of my burger! It was peaking out at me from the bag. I have short light hair and do not wear pink (I'm male). I called the restaurant and after describing the problem politely they said they would remake the burger if I came by. After explaining that I now had no lunch and that they were simply making good on my original purchase, they offered a meal for my next visit instead. I appreciated it, but I don't think I should have had to push back for it, it should have been offered. They seemed neither concerned nor surprised either.

I recommend this location over all of the A&W in Kamloops. I live out of town when I do come in town I always go to the fortune location. Service, food is always amazing.

Every time i go there it great service, food is hot. restaurant is clean. Bathrooms are well maintained

The burgers are tasty, but overly salty. I had previously complained about this issue about a year ago, and it seemed to have been resolved as the burgers were less salty. I believe they may be adding salt during the cooking process unnecessarily, which detracts from the natural beef flavor.
