Citrus Restaurant and Lounge - Kamloops

I had lunch with a customer at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the food arrived very quickly. I ordered the Quinoa and Avocado Powerbowl.

Earls has made significant improvements to their brand, elevating it to a more upscale level. They have come a long way in achieving this transformation.

My husband and I came for dinner. The meal was excellent and the dessert was incredible.

So of course I have misplaced my notes with his name but my waiter at breakfast is exactly what this hotel needs. Friendly, efficient, engaging. I will say his name is Carlos but I will be wrong. He has worked at this location with all the changes of brands and ownerships for over 20 years. We had great conversations. I went out for a walk and on my return he quickly refilled my coffee. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: This guy is a brand ambassador --- a ready for a raise! Treat him well!
