McDonald's - Kamloops

I don’t know what it is with night shift at this McDonald’s but they are constantly messing up orders, either it’s cold, incorrectly made or there is missing items. I get times are tough but how hard is it to get these simple things correct. I could understand if it was once in a while but it’s constantly at this location. They partner with skip so it seems as though they simply don’t care about the service they provide because they are one of the only places open late

Food quality is less and less reliable. Today got a highly over-fried hash brown that was almost inedible. Sandwich looked literally thrown together and was salted more than usual. Tried to call and complain before posting but no one answers the phone. Also, preference is often given to one line of cars in the drive through — it’s like they forget about the other line. It’s not just been today…

This is what you would expect from McDonald's in a Walmart.Quick service, but usually busy. Use the self serve order booth for faster service.

Clean Mcdonalds with clean play place. Usually very busy. You can typically find homeless people hanging around inside and outside.

Well what can i say...... it's a hit amd miss with the McDonald's. Some times you get great food. Others its either not enough sauce or lettuce. Cold fries. I miss the drink machine they use to have. Service is a hit amd miss as well. Depending on the time you go. Always check your bag if you order take out!!!! They mix up orders .
