Panago Pizza - Kamloops

This is a great restaurant. It's my go-to spot for take-out pizza. They offer a variety of healthier options that I really enjoy.

I ordered my Vegan Pepperoni, Veggie with Vegan Cheese Pizza over the phone and was told to pick it up in 15 minutes. I arrived at the pick up place just a few minutes later and my pizza was already ready. impressed with how quickly they made it, and noticing there were no cars in the parking lot (they didn't look busy), I didn't really question it. The pizza was for a vegan friend of mine on his birthday. I brought it to him and had to leave right away. When I came back and asked how it was, he said it was great. I went to get a piece for myself and saw that it was not what I expected. Looking at the receipt, I found that indeed, it was not! It was a pepperoni pizza. I was not happy, as my friend is a strict vegan.I called Panago and without question they said they would send the correct pizza over with a rush on the order and that it would be at my place in half an hour. They also gave me a credit on top of it. They were kind and handled my complaint without question.However, after waiting for more than an hour for the correct pizza to arrive, I had to call again. And again, they were very polite and handled my second call in the same efficient matter. The info they needed was all on their computer and within minutes they had my order at my door.So, on the one hand, Panago's ability to process the order at store level was terrible, but the front line service process was easy and efficient. And when I needed Customer Service to be at their best, I can say they did a great job.My advice, check your order before walking out of the store or the delivery person leaves.

Good pizza, fast, reliable and a staple for a decent take out pizza. Love the options for whole wheat crust.

For years this has been my favourite pizza restaurant in my city. Tonight, it was a small BBQ Chicken pizza just for me. I waited out in the car for my order to be completed. Before I could walk back inside the little gal behind the counter brought it out to my car for me. That's service! Whether it's pick up or delivery, the pizza is hot and delicious. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I've never been disappointed. They have a long counter by the front window if you care to wait there or eat there. Lots of free parking. Convenient location.

Really enjoy eating pizza from Panago. This one was having the same quality as others and yes their Pesto Chicken Pizza was great!
