Sandbar Grille - Kamloops

I always had a desire to give the Sandbar Grill a try, but after my son and I visited, we definitely will not be returning. Despite its great riverside location, the service was slow, the food was disappointing, and the prices did not match the quality. We paid over $19 for four stuffed jalapenos and a small portion of wings that my son didn't even enjoy. To make matters worse, there was a table nearby with three obnoxious and loudly drunk individuals using foul language, which made our dining experience very unpleasant. It seemed like their favorite word was the f-word. I was left feeling unimpressed by the overall experience, leading me to suspect that the positive reviews may have been submitted by friends or family of the restaurant.

We went for lunch and were disappointed by the quality of the food. It was expensive and poorly prepared.

I don't see why this place is so popular. It's dirty and doesn't follow COVID guidelines. It's a perfect spot for the unvaccinated to get sick! Plus, you might even get food poisoning. Avoid this place!

Had a look like they said on the phone that they were open at 1 o'clock on the terrace for Covid Regs. Awful dirty, tables not cleaned. Junk was stacked on the wall next to the door. Two employees cried and when we had a look in, no one told us anything. It was at 1:30. April 2 Will certainly not recommend.

Me my friends have been coming here for at least a year and the service, food and drinks are always 10/10! Thank you tiara, Jacob the rest of the FOH BOH staff
