White Spot North Kamloops

Arrived after the dinner rush. Food was excellent with one hiccup which was eventually resolved. Our server was... distracted. There were not a lot of tables occupied and at least 2 servers on shift but our server seemed to disappear right after saying they would bring something that was requested... did not check in on quality of food but also did try to make it right. Really enjoy White Spot food and the atmosphere... perhaps our server was having an off night...Kid-friendliness: Pirate paks!

Well it was terrible. Server was almost non existent, food was greasy and the portions , in a word pitiful. The 110$ spent was definitely NOT worth it. Back end sounded like they were having a great night at work though as that is were everyone chose to hang out. Save the one server who we wish we had and staff in back who actually were doing their job is why I at least gave this place 1 star.

Where do I start except WTH. 7 of us for dinner last night (April 18). My mother in law (elderly) shows up first and is told she has to wait until all 7 of us arrive before she can get in to sit at the table. I show the two of us are told the same thing! 7 people and they would not let 2 of us in to sit at a table and wait!!! I asked why and am still baffled by the response because hockey teams show up and say there will be 7 but then there are 10 of them .....WHAT????? Disgusting! Food was really good, had the beef dip club. Server was super kind, food was delicious

The staff at this white spot go above and beyond to make customers feel like they are #1 the food is oh my gosh sooo delicious fresh hot and oh so tasty . With the mind blowing amazing staff and oh so delicious fresh hot this whitspot will leave you and your tummy smiling all the way home.. trust me I know I'm sorry not across the parking lot from them ?Kid-friendliness: Oh my gosh kids love the pirate ship and the burgers and treats ?Parking: Lots of parking as there is a hotel there as well so no problem finding a parking spot.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes white spot is wheelchair accessible from handicapped parking to large doors more than wide enough for wheelchair access into main lobby then straight into the restaurant.
