Three stars for the kitchen, the rest doesn't really merit any stars. We went as we loved the entire experience back in 2009, following a recommendation...
Today it was hectic and restless. Fortunately, a Polish young lady later took over, which also moved during the course, but at least the time to accept the wishes correctly. We knew the snake in front of the entrance. She was busy in a few minutes? Mr. Diehm recognized us again, so we were completely vaccinated. We have the same table as last time. Our intention to finally come to dessert this time was firm and incessant. So we both took half the duck without an appetizer for which the bird Koje was often famous. The glory was not unjust. Our two ducks convinced us. On our plates two crispy laxes were laid over cross. The crumbled emptying tastes excellent, like the red herbs. Half a pear with cranberries did not miss the plates. The meat of the throats was buttery and tasteful. The price of the duck share (29,50) seems to me to be subsidised in view of the other price structure, especially since the ducks still originate from England. Cojenente My wife was divorced this time with a glass of late burgunder, I drank as always a Erdinger wheat alcohol-free when the champagne glasses were drowned. Now it was finally time for our dessert, the Fontaine raw from the raspberry. This is really always something very special you never get. The heavenly reason of the glasses is probably oversprayed with milk foamberg from the Espuma-Syphon (a photo says more than a thousand words here). Of course, preparation takes some time. That was so long for my wife that she drank a glass of champagne. Unfortunately, the asparagus met at Fontaine's rouge. If you look at the old pictures from recent years, you see what I mean. Quantity halved, no more gilded Puffreis. Fontaine rouge We paid with the card again. With a final invoice of € 151, this was the most affordable visit to the bird cow this year. Our Polish servant has 15 euros in cash as a tip.
